Who is your top rated receiver for 2008?

My Top 10 for 2008
QB -
1. Tom Brady (Patriots) - Number one is an understatement. Set a passing touchdown record last year, that won't change with the loss of the less than important Stallworthless.
2. Peyton Manning (Colts) - May be a better QB than #1, but just doesn't have the same weapons. He'll still throw more than 40 TD's again this year with Dallas Clark, Reggie Wayne out of the batcave, and Joseph Addai, so a definate number 2.
3. Tony Romo (Cowboys) - Not on the same level as Tom and Peyton, but will can be a top 5 pick overall. T.O will be back and did you hear Pac-Man is going to play receiver?
4. Drew Brees (Saints) - Probably the sneakiest QB of the draft. Because the Saint's didn't make the playoffs last year, and Brees started out the year like a Ryan Leaf lookalike, he probably is real low on most draft boards. He ended the year with 28 TD's and over 4000 yards. Add a better defense to the mix and expect a 30 plus season.
5. Ben Roethlisberger (Steelers) - The Steelers added some young offensive talent this year, but I really don't think it will affect his fantasy numbers this year. Ward, Holmes and Miller, will for sure get Big Ben his numbers. Expect him to have a mirror season from last year.
6. Carson Palmer (Bengals) - So Chad Johnson caused some trouble over the offseason. Does that make him any worse of a reciever? With T.J Houshmazode and Ocho Cinco, he should be a pleasant surprise.
7. Derek Anderson (Browns) - The best sleeper of 2007 last year, only got better. You would probably be betting against the odds taking him above the top 6 guys, but it is very tempting. Stallworth isn't the best of additions, but Edwards and Winslow are top 5 at their respective positions.
8. Marc Bulger (Rams) - Very risky pick considering he was a disaster last year. The greatest show on turf is losing it's senior citizens one by one and thats including its O-line. Orlando Pace will anchor the left side and try to keep Bulger off his ass, and if you add up the talent around him, he definately deserves a top 10 nod.
9. David Gerrard (Jaguars) - The most innocent QB in the NFL. Watching his game is like watching grass grow but the box score will make you smile. If you like consistency, Gerrard is your man.
10. Matt Hasslebeck (Seahawks) - As much as I hate Matt Hasselbeck, the guy is pretty good. Nasty Nate Burleson and Bobby Engram will bring in at least 10-15 TD's this season combined, crushing my hopes and dreams again.
11. Jay Cutler (Broncos) - Diabetes? More like livabetes. Has one of the best arms of the NFL, and will work with what hes got to put together a winning season for the Broncos.
12. Donavan McNabb (Eagles) - Not one of my favorite picks for 2008. Without Westbrook, his stats would suffer. He just has too much around him to not include his as a top tier QB.
13. Eli Manning (Giants) - Yeah he won the Super Bowl, but that didn't really convince me that he was top 15 material. What did though is when he connected with Plaxico 12 times last year for over 1000 yards. Yum.
14. Vince Young (Titans) - I know, I know. The Titans passing game is pitiful and VY is in charge. But come on, they added a new Offensive Coordinator and a huge ass tight end. If holes open near the goal line, I'm expecting Vince to pull down 7-8 rushing TDs.
15. Philip Rivers (Chargers) - Rivers kind of throws like a girl, but he does have the best RB in the NFL standing 5 yards behind him. Chris Chambers ain't too bad either. Chargers are going to be one of the best teams in the AFC again, so he can't be that bad right?
16. Aaron Rodgers (Packers) - No offense to the legendary Brett Favre, but playing QB in Green Bay ain't rocket science. Throw it to your many talented options and keep it from the other team. As long as he can throw it half as far as Brett did, hell get 20 TD's.
